Cook and Eat Well
Coventry’s Cook and Eat Well service runs 9 week ‘cooking from scratch’ courses to promote improved nutrition at community venues around the city.
As well as teaching practical cooking skills, the course includes advice and support around healthy eating, portion sizes, salt and fat content in foods, understand food labels and cooking on a budget.
Patients eligible for support from this service will be:
- Aged 18 years and above
- Resident in Coventry or registered to a Coventry GP
Self referrals are accepted by telephone on 0845 388 2369 or by completing the online booking form at http://cookandeatwell.co.uk/events.
