Patients can be referred to any one of the following AQP (Any Qualified Provider) Service accredited providers:

Jubilee Healthcare in Partnership with Park Leys (Coventry)

Patients can self refer or be referred via their GP for NHS funded vasectomy or for private treatment

Vasectomy Pre & Post Operative Guide

Secondary Care referrals are only accepted from the accredited AQP providers

Central Surgery (Rugby): This service is now no longer available (June 2023)
