Community Ambulatory Service for ECH Holter and Event Recording

GPs can refer patients to a number of clinics (GP practices) within the Coventry and Rugby area for  patients to have their ECG device fitted, removed and their results sent for interpretation by expert cardiology staff.

Reports are sent directly back to Primary Care for further treatment and/or advice rather than referral to secondary care.

Please see links in the right panel for ECG referral forms and pathways for referring the patient to an ECG Clinic.

(Please ensure you supply a completed referral form to your patient at the point of referral)
