All spoken interpreting and document translation will follow a new process from 1st October 2025
There is now a single process for requesting:
- Face to Face Interpreting
- Telephone Interpreting
- Video Interpreting
- BSL Interpreting
- Document Translation
- Braille, Large Print and other alternate format
How do you book a service?
Bookings will be made through one secure booking portal called Wordskii.com
Emergency bookings and general enquiries can be made by calling 0121 554 1981
This is a 24-hour 7 day a week service provision
Instructions for Training – Register for a Wordskii account
To access Word360’s services, you will firstly need to register for a Wordskii account at: www.wordskii.com

- Please ensure that you sign up with your work email and workplace address only
- You will need to select your department from the drop-down menu, please click the drop-down arrows underneath the service areas to identify a correct department
- Please check your junk mail for a verification link from noreply@wordskii.com and verify your account. After that, our team will review your account, and it will be approved within 24 hours
- You will be able to access training materials and watch training videos on how to book services through your dedicated Word360 onboarding page: Word360 | Landing Page CWICB
Do you have Existing Interpreters that you want to continue working with?
If there is an interpreter whom you would like to continue using, for continuity of care for patients, please ask them to register with Word360 by calling them directly on 0121 554 1981 Option 4 or visiting word360.co.uk/careers
